We’re Hiring: Trainer / Facilitator

by Helen Butler , 12 March 2021

– Newly created role

– 4 month contract to start ASAP

– Noble Park Location | Onsite role

This wholly owned Australian business is almost 20 years old and is the key to support Automotive services to a number of  well known and respected Australian businesses.

Predominantly focussed on BSB automotive, travel, tourism services, the organisation is Australia wide and has doubled in growth in the past 6 months.

As a result of this growth, we have a contract position available for an experienced Trainer / Facilitator to join the team and deliver technical skills training to our Call Centre staff.

This role won’t really at this point in time be focussed on soft skill training or systems training, it’s around the more technical component of our area of expertise – around automotive and manufacturing.

We envisage this being a 4 month contract role initially commencing in April at our Noble Park operations.  There are 35 call centre staff currently, and we envisage 2-3 facilitations taking place/day.  There is an Instructional Designer who is preparing the training material, which we foresee you’ll be working with them to create and tailor the training solutions to suit your audience, and then possibly, understand and develop further training needs for the organisation.

This role reports into the Head of People & Culture and is predominantly on-site for training requirements.  Ideally you will have appropriate qualifications in Training & Assessment, have had previous experience working in an environment either automotive, manufacturing, tourism and hospitality delivering face to face training to staff.

If this sounds like something you’d be interested in, please send your CV with supporting qualifications, as well as a covering letter outlining your experience briefly, what appeals to you about this role, your availability and salary expectations.  We look forward to hearing from you.
