We have an opening for an experienced P&C Manager to join this organisation for a short-term contract to assist with the Performance Development Project and P&C Leadership of a team of 3.
This role has come about due to leave requirements for the P&C Manager and we would ideally like someone who is experienced within the Victorian Government environment, and has demonstrated experience with:
- Management skills of a P&C Team;
- Able to coach and drive Managers to complete performance management meetings and metrics for their teams;
- High level data management, interpretation and analytics;
- Prepare reports for Board in relation to succession planning, coaching, leadership & development, career development of staff.
This role is for 4-6 weeks commencing ASAP. You will be working from home, your ability to be strongly engaging but self motivated will be critical to your success. Your strong relationship building skills will shine through and keeping staff accountable to timeframes and deadlines, as well as providing guidance and leadership to complete the deadlines is a given.
