We have the pleasure of seeking an experienced Internal Recruitment Consultant to join this dedicated and professional HR team in this newly created role with one of Australia’s well known and respected organisations.
Due to growth within the business, a newly created position of Internal Recruitment Consultant has arisen to work with the Managers to assist them with talent attraction and retention.
Working with a dynamic HR Team and reporting into the HR Manager, you will have sole responsibility for the end to end recruitment function across the business. You will have excellent relationship building skills, good communication style, previous experience within an internal recruitment position and have experience from working with Managers, preparing JDs, interview guides, sourcing (strategies included), interviewing, negotiating offers, preparing contracts, managing database, reporting and induction processes. We are also looking for someone who can manage Agency Agreements and work with third parties. We are looking for someone who can manage the process operationally, but also offer solutions to improve and streamline the recruitment process strategically.
