HR Manager | Aged Care Specialist

The key driver is everyone must deliver with care and kindness and that permeates through the business.
This role is based in Melbourne CBD, and office is based on a 3:2 split. 3 days in the office with one of those being on site building relationships with key stakeholders, and 2 days from home. And for your dog lovers, there’s even Fury Friday where your pets get to join in the fun in the Office!

What will you do?
Reporting to the Australian HR Executive, you will support stakeholders in aged care, construction and corporate services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the HR function and team by developing skills & experience in HR business partnering.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders and develop them to lead teams effectively
- Manage HR issues including compliance with legislation
- Continue to work with OD and Talent on cultural initiatives that see our strategies met
