This well known and respected organisation has an opening for an experienced HR Manager to join their team whilst they are going through a period of growth and business transformation.

This organisation has a dynamic and respected HR Team and this role is pivotal in driving its culture and initiatives. The team is cohesive and self-motivated so micromanaging isn’t required but your leadership and mentoring of a team experienced in multiple disciplines is required.

The HR Manager is responsible for implementing and driving operational and transformational strategies and programs into departments in a unified and consistent approach. You will deliver operational advice and support to the Business Leaders and work collaboratively with the total HR team to align with the organisation’s strategic approach. This role will also focus on partnering with key stakeholders and providing advice on a range of operational touchstones, including but not limited to talent management, employee relations (ER), policy development, strategic advice to Managers, team structures and efficiencies as well as general HR advice on day to day BAU matters. This role will also be frontline in coaching and up-skilling Managers on their ability to lead teams and develop their people.
