Justine Piper | HR Specialist

Justine has 20 years’ experience as a Human Resources Professional as both a generalist HR Manager and more specialised roles such as Business Manager and Development Manager. Her understanding of business needs has been developed in various senior roles both domestically and internationally and across various industries including financial services, professional services, property development and manufacturing. With a strong knowledge of HR disciplines, Justine utilises her experience and skills to provide tailored HR solutions to support the achievement of business objectives. She works closely with business leaders to develop HR strategies and implement sound HR practices to ensure they achieve optimum team performance and improved business outcomes. She provides clients with effective leadership during critical transitionary phases including the recruitment and development of professional and technical staff to meet changing business needs and implementing appropriate and effective HR policies and procedures.

Justine holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Human Resources from RMIT and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Mt Eliza Business School. She is a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute. Justine has been consulting to a number of our clients and the feedback on her work, commercial acumen, ability to engage staff, improve performance and manage difficult and complex situations has been exemplary.

 

Angela Olanda | HR & Workplace Relations Specialist

With over 18 years of HR experience, Angela is a qualified and accomplished Human Resource professional, with a strong background in both strategic and operational HR. Angela’s focus is in using effective and creative HR strategies to help leaders transform their bottom-line performance and employee engagement. Whilst she loves all aspects of HR, she particularly enjoys strategy development, workplace behaviour change, industrial and employee relations.

Throughout her career, Angela has held senior roles across a wide range of industries such as health & aged care, public transport, insurance, telecommunications, professional services and labour hire. Angela is also experienced in managing and driving human resource functions including strategic direction in highly unionised workplaces.

Angela has a firm focus on building strong relationships with key stakeholders by working collaboratively and pragmatically with individuals and teams through best practice HR solutions. Her passion for HR ensures she will always give those 110% and will produce the best outcomes possible for them and their business.

Angela holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Swinburne University and is a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute. We enjoy working with Angela across HR, ER & IR situations where her pragmatic focus, leads to successful outcomes for business and individuals.

 

Heba Hussein | OHS Specialist

Heba has over 15 years experience working as a safety and risk management professional, whose expertise lies in developing safety management systems, strategic OH&S initiatives, OH&S training and development of safety initiatives and teams within organisations. Heba has developed and supported comprehensive Environmental, Health & Safety programs for over 75 business within the manufacturing, industrial, retail, health care, construction, services and recreation, finance and transport sectors.

Heba brings a strong leadership and consulting expertise to Inspired People Solutions.  She has built and developed strong teams on a national level, provided and assisted with the audits, development of infrastructure to suit business requirements and provide ongoing training on a range of issues.  She has previously writing for CCH on legislative updates including the new bullying frameworks.  Heba has a Bachelor degree in Applied Science and OH&S as well as her Graduate Diploma in Integrated Risk Management. She is a member of the Safety Institute of Australia and has her Auditing qualifications.

 

Clare Linane | HR, Facilitator, OD Specialist

Clare is a qualified HR and HBDI Practitioner whose passion is helping people reach their potential. She does this via several avenues: as a people leader in operational roles; and as a facilitator, speaker and coach in OD roles.

As a people leader, she draws on her deep understanding of ‘difference’ to identify and draw out the potential in the teams she works with. No two individuals are the same, and it is her role to respect that and adapt her style to suit the needs of her clients.

As a facilitator and speaker, Clare is energetic, credible and compelling – her style brings a discussion, team development, engagement and cohesiveness as well as equipping her groups with key skills, tactics to ensure a more cohesive and balanced working environment.

Clare’s facilitation expertise includes Whole Brain Thinking, Type Theory, Equal Opportunity, Mental Well-Being, Team Building, Leadership Development.

Clare has previously been part of leadership teams in organisations including Accor, AGL and Wishlist (owned by Qantas).   She has extensive generalist HR experience across all areas including recruitment, culture development, employee relations, learning, performance review systems, WH&S, managing under-performance and reward & recognition.

Complimenting years of experience both developing and delivering material means she understands how to present concepts in a way that is thought provoking and appropriately confronting.
