We have a unique contract role for an experienced L&D Consultant who enjoys implementing LMS into businesses. So you straddle a couple of areas of expertise – L&D, Change, P&C. Kind of like a bag of mixed lollies which is all about upskilling your clients – sounds like fun right?
This organisation has gone through the technical phase of the Change Program where SAP has been introduced to the organisation, now the fun begins to embed the LMS into the business and equip Stakeholders to use the system and seek how it best benefits them, their team and therefore, the organisation as a whole.
We are not only looking for induction and compliance programs to be ticked off, but someone who has the capability to engage with Stakeholders about what LMS would benefit their people, their teams, have these programs embedded into the Learning Catalogue and equipping the teams to use the system, increasing retention and engagement of staff.
So, your communication, engagement and listening skills must be exemplary. This project is exciting, full of problem-solving and planning, engagement and empowering. We need you to work with the Business Units to engage them on their learning requirements and plug them into the system. Sound like something you’d be interested in?
