Helen thoroughly enjoys working with business’ to achieve best practice from a HR perspective, understands commercial realities, the need to be agile and provide structures to innovative business solutions to suit client and employee requirements. Justine Piper

Justine has 19 years’ experience as a Human Resources Professional as both a generalist HR Manager and more specialised roles such as Business Manager and Development Manager. Her understanding of business needs has been developed in various senior roles both domestically and internationally and across various industries including financial services, professional services, property development and manufacturing.

With a strong knowledge of HR disciplines, Justine utilises her experience and skills to provide tailored HR solutions to support the achievement of business objectives. She works closely with business leaders to develop HR strategies and implement sound HR practices to ensure they achieve optimum team performance and improved business outcomes. She provides clients with effective leadership during critical transitionary phases including the recruitment and development of professional and technical staff to meet changing business needs and implementing appropriate and effective HR policies and procedures.

Justine holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Human Resources from RMIT and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Mt Eliza Business School. She is a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.
